Hi!  I'm Jackie.  I'm the owner, creator, and CEO (chief everything officer).  I hand craft every item that you purchase on this website.  I completely understand that you have honored me by spending your hard earned dollars with me.  Which is why I do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. With that said, sometimes it can take up to two weeks to ship. As soon as your order is ready to ship, I will have it in the mail and will send you a shipping confirmation.  You are the best.  Thank you again for shopping with me.
